Just finished a fantastic recording session at Power Sound Studios Amsterdam with Claudio Puntin (clarinets), Jörg Brinkmann (cello), Jeroen van Vliet (piano) and Dirk-Peter Kölsch (drums). This is going to be a great new record! 11 tracks which are dedicated to female activists and especially the women of Afghanistan. Edits and mix by Puntin.
Unfortunately Corona still leaves its devastating marks on our profession: Two concert are postponed due to the effects of Corona. My solo performance within the immersive theaterplay June in Taipei is now an online happening. My solo recital for QaArts in Amsterdam is postponed to october.
The Volfest #3 edition with Funda and Göksel Yilmaz was featured in our local nieuwspaper De Nieuwsbode. It was kind of crazy to still let this concert happen (after the children concert and jam session earlier) during the storm. Fortunately there still was some brave and fearless audience attending the gorgeous show.
