Mark Lotz ensemble

chamber-music slithering with live
A group of modernists performing music on the edge of contemporary and jazz in a classical instrumented chamber music setting.
A creative vehicle for the improvisations and compositions of flautist Mark Lotz.
This ensemble transcends the classical chamber music and jazz genre. It links polyphony and a classical European sound and instrumentation to the energy of a jazz ensemble. The Mark Lotz ensemble produces both: a huge whisper and a huge wall of sound. A group of European modernists who add an emotional layer to complex music.
